Yes, I am backkkkk and hopefully will be able to bring you lots of delicious dishes like this Egg Roll in a Bowl with an amazing twist by Debbie.
In this dish I started out making some white rice in my Ninja Foodi Smart Lid. I added 2 cups of rice and 2 3/4 cup of water with 1 tsp of kosher salt. I cooked the rice for 8 minutes and let it sit for 5 minutes. Then got it out and put it in a bowl to cool off until the rest of the food was made. I put 1 1 /2 pounds of ground beef in there, diced up 1 large onion and put it on Sear/Saute and cooked the ground beef and onions until they were done. Then I added in 1 1/2 tsp of Sesame Oil, 2 tsp of Hoisin Sauce, 1 tsp Rice Wine Vinegar with Garlic, 4 tsp of Soy Sauce. Then I put 1 can of undrained baby corn, bamboo shoots and water chestnuts in and the bag of tri color cole slaw along with more Sesame Oil 1 Tbsp of that, 1 Tbsp of Hoisin Sauce, and 2 Tbsp of Soy Sauce. I put it on pressure and let it pressure cook for 1 minute. I think I should have done it for 0 minutes. Then I garnished it with green onions and put chow mein noodles on it. Oh my goodness yall it was so good and that baby corn, bamboo shoots and water chestnuts made it. Don't forget the Sesame Oil though...it makes the dish. Give this a try.
