Description
A registered sex offender who attempted to arrange the sexual abuse of a child and shared indecent images of children has been sentenced to 6 years and 3 months in prison.
Detectives from the Met Police identified David Tree through an online investigation before arresting him and recovering the device used in the offences from his home.
He was also made subject to a 15-year Sexual Harm Prevention Order and will remain on the Sex Offenders Register for life.
The Met Police continues to target offenders who use the internet to exploit children and bring them to justice.
