I just got a Volt last month. Had to add it to my favorite game of all time GTA V. You can add it as well but you have to be familiar with OPEN IV. That is beyond the scope of what I am showing here.
It is customizable EXCEPT for the skirts and splitters. Tires, Armor, rims, and colors all work.
Anyway. Ignore the bad driving, I am terrible.
