Cartoon Characters Who Stutter
Starting off we have the most famous example: Porky Pig from the Looney Tunes, did you know that his original voice actor Joe Dougherty had a natural stutter, and was later stylized by Mel Blank to become a defining trait of the character.
Next we have Keswick from Tuff Puppy, also known as professor Maurice Keswick, who works as an inventor and scientist for T.U.F.F. Headquarters, he is a prairie dog like species, but he has implied that he came from another universe known as Keswickia:
