In this week's mukbang video, I made some Capirotada (Mexican Bread Pudding) since Lenten season has begun. This is the time when Mexicans bring their cooking skills to the table, showcasing their best recipes, especially with this amazing dessert. It features layers of bolillo slices soaked in this sugary milk syrup, with pecan, raisins, coconut shavings, and sprinkles as toppings; other toppings that can be included are banana, cheese, peanuts, almonds, among others.
