We continue our Baldur's Gate 3 Honour Mode Walkthrough, as we complete the last encounter in Act 1's wilderness by stumbling upon a Githyanki Patrol at the Mountain Pass.

Our Baldur's Gate 3 playthrough with Sylvia Hairyfoot, the Dark Urge Halfling Bard, continues! In this video on honour mode, we head towards the Mountain Pass and finally find signs of the Githyanki Creche. Unfortunately, Lae'zel rushes ahead to speak to Kith'rak Voss and because the Githyanki have a Red Dragon under their control, we try to defuse the situation. Eventually, a fight breaks out regardless and we go toe to toe with Sarth Baretha and her Githyanki warriors. Afterwards, we visit the remaining traders in Act 1, have a little surprise moment in the Emerald Grove and return to camp to see Lae'zel and Shadowheart fight over the artifact.

In this completionist walkthrough, we attempt to complete Baldur's Gate 3 on Honour Mode difficulty. Honour Mode builds upon the game's hardest difficulty setting, Tactician difficulty, and increases the challenge even further by applying stricter rules to the action economy, giving the most powerful enemies Legendary Actions and restricting players to a single permadeath save file. As a reward for completing Baldur's Gate 3 on Honor Mode, players receive the "Foehammer" achievement and a new in-game skin for the D20 die, the golden "Shining Honour" appearance.
Since this is a completionist walkthrough of Baldur's Gate 3, we will also focus on unlocking almost all achievements in the game. Unfortunately, a few of them are mutually exclusive and require multiple playthroughs, but most of them can be unlocked in a single game. In total, Baldur's Gate has 54 achievements and this walkthrough aims to help players make the best decisions to unlock as many of them as possible. For that reason, we play as the Bard Class and pick the Dark Urge background, giving us a great start towards full completion.
Baldur's Gate 3 is a party-based role-playing game developed by Larian Studios and released in 2023. Set in the Forgotten Realms of Dungeons & Dragons, Baldur's Gate 3 is largely based on the rulebook of 5th edition Dungeons & Dragons. Taking place more than 120 years after the events of Baldur's Gate 2 (released in 2000), Baldurs Gate 3 tells the story of the player and his companions after being infected with a Mind Flayer parasite. Like Dungeons and Dragons, Baldur's Gate 3 features a turn-based combat system, plenty of character classes and races, and a fully voiced cast of non-player characters.
