HEAT Testing Week continues with Day 3: Push Day.

Steve is running through max hand-release push-ups, sit-ups, pull-ups, broad jump, vertical jump, and a 30-20-10 conditioning test to lock in my starting numbers before the next 8 weeks of training.

Some numbers felt solid. Some definitely showed where he need's to improve. That’s the whole point of testing.

The goal with this HEAT program is simple: get bigger, faster, and stronger.
