Ladies and gentlemen, today I bring you the Bolillo con Crema. This Mexican dish could be taken as a snack or a full-on meal. This is not any type of 'torta', since it is a very representative food for Aguascalentenses (Hidrocálidos) and can be found at any corner store. Its main ingredients are the bolillo (bread roll), crema (sour cream), jamon/cueritos (ham/pork skin) & jalapeños en vinagre (jalapeños in vinegar); in today's mukbang video I will show you how easy it is to prepare one.
