When we're going through big transitions, a lot happens. And there are times when the things that were working for us before that transition... aren't working for us now. Worse yet? We might be clinging to things that actually no longer help us now. I'm not immune from this mistake, so I wanted to share my experience, but also to share a little bit about what I learned from it.
