You can’t completely isolate the upper, middle, or lower chest, BUT you can bias them.
Changing the angle of your cable fly alters the line of pull, placing more emphasis on different regions of the chest:
⬆️ High-to-low = Lower chest bias
➡️ Straight across = Mid chest bias
⬇️ Low-to-high = Upper chest bias
Combine all three variations over time to build a fuller, more balanced chest. Focus on control, a deep stretch, and squeezing the pecs, not just moving the weight 💪
