Hi friends! Join me in making a classic BBQ chicken pizza in my Roccbox by Gozney! This video is not sponsored, I just love my outdoor pizza oven so much. Also sharing some helpful tips and tricks for the best success when using an outdoor pizza oven.
Tip 1: make sure your dough is rolled out evenly and rolled out thin enough! You want your pizza to cook evenly inside the oven
Tip 2: use cornmeal on the bottom of your pizza crust so it slides easily and effortlessly off the pizza peel.
Tip 3: build your pizza ON the pizza peel. Don't build your pizza and then attempt to transfer it to a pizza peel!
Tip 4: don't pile your toppings too high! Otherwise it's tough cooking the pizza evenly! Spread out your toppings, keep turning your pizza and enjoy :)
