BAD NEWS for fans of Resident Evil!
Resident Evil is getting rebooted again with it's eighth live action movie BUT if you love the videos games (most recently Resident Evil: Requiem) and were hoping to finally get a new live action movie that stays true to the story...don't hold your breath. Director, Zach Cregger, who is best known for directing popular horror movies such as Barbarian and Weapons (Oscar/Academy Award Winner), has stated in interviews with SFX Magazine and the New York Times that he thinks fans will "crucify him" for his upcoming reboot. Not a good sign.
