Description
Toledo, Ohio residents report headaches, burning eyes and breathing problems after a chemical tank incident at MC Tank Transport—and say officials aren’t giving them answers.
Status Coup’s Jordan Chariton speaks with Tiffany Molitoris, a Toledo mother who says a chemical plume surrounded her home four miles from the facility, forcing her to flee with her two young children. A week later, she says her family is still experiencing symptoms.
Meanwhile, independent tester Scott Smith reports detecting formaldehyde above health screening levels near the site. Residents are demanding more testing, clear information and accountability as officials allow people to return home.
