Someone sent me an AI-generated copy of one of my guided meditations. I've also started thinking more deeply about the boundaries I want to create around AI.
As AI-generated voices, music, writing, art, and videos fill our feeds, I believe we each have to consciously decide where AI can support us—and what we want to preserve as deeply human.
I share what I’m protecting: my inner voice, creativity, writing, real voice, and artistic expression. Resonance will also always remain a space for human-created audio, using my real voice and music created by real artists.
