Load UNTIS SAT-90B：
Pipe Length：4000-12000mm
Place the pipe to be loaded onto the chain conveyor.
The pipe is conveyed forward to the corresponding position, supported and clamped by the floating support components. Then, feed it to the chuck of the main machine to align the center of the pipe with the chuck center. The rear chuck and front chuck move to the ends of the pipe to clamp it, then the cutting process begins.
1.Unloading Components:
-Consisting of unloading servo support components and receiving components.
2.Servo Floating Support:
-Comprises flat wheel support components and V-type support components.
3.Flat Wheel Support Components:
-This component supports the pipe during cutting and moves dynamically with the cutting process.V-type
4.Support Components:
-After cutting the pipe, the V-type support component’s cylinder lifts and the servo motor raises the pipe for receiving.
5.Chain Conveyor:
-Retrieves the cut pipes to the rear end for unloading, which can be done using a crane or forklift.
