ACCURL Loading System with Chains SAT-90B
With Chain Conveyor and Servo Floating Support.
1. Floating Support Components:
-Equipped with a rail and rack transmission structure, with centering clamping components. It provides floating support for the pipe during cutting, allowing it to be fed into the chuck center and supported accordingly based on pipe size.
2.Chain Conveyor:
-Pipes to be loaded are placed on top, and the pipe can be automatically conveyed forward.
3.Feeding Components:
-After the pipe is conveyed to the corresponding position by the chain conveyor, the floating support components clamp the pipe to the chuck center.
4.Centering Clamping Components:
-Cylinder clamping structure, equipped with rolling wheels to allow pipe movement into the chuck.
Loading SAT-90B：
The feeding length is 12 meters, which can support the storage of 4 pipes at the same time
