Acceptance has two interdependent qualities: that of acknowledging (observing) what is happening and that of allowing any experience without judgment, resistance, or effort.
Once the human being allows himself to recognize and accept the experience in its entirety, he learns to experience the points of view not from the bias of belief but from the completeness and enters the open space that allows and includes all experience.
Permission is our deepest nature and the essential thing is to inhabit this lucid and complete awareness.
For much of our time, the mind is trapped in thoughts of the past or the future, in unpleasant emotions that worry us and abstract us from the present moment, in points of view based on polarities, memories of what was, and planning or future expectations about what will be.
It is about recovering the ability to restore the internal measure, which for different reasons (fear, stress, anxiety) is forgotten, and deregulations are generated. Balance and peace are not sought, they ARE, they are our true nature.
It is about receiving all experiences with full and open awareness. This includes breathing, sensations, feelings (pleasant, unpleasant, and neutral), perceptions, thoughts, emotions, and consciousness itself; there is no attempt to manipulate or control experiences.
Allowing simply acknowledges what is arising (thoughts, feelings, sounds, or emotions) and lets life unfold, just as it is. Whenever there is the feeling of a being making an effort to think, there is identification with a separate and limited being. The open receptivity of Natural Allowance dissolves this feeling of a "thinking" self.
This frequency makes it easier for us to reach the state of vibration. because Acceptance and Allowance are not found in the euphoric state of happiness nor in the state of drama; They are the fundamental and indispensable ingredient for any creation.
Acceptance and Permission mean that you can rise above it all. Be positive and not positive. Be negative and not negative.
A binaural pulse is a perceived auditory illusion when two pure-tone sine waves, both with frequencies less than 1500 Hz, and with a difference of less than 40 Hz between them, are presented to a listener in a dichotic manner, that is, one to each one of the ears. For example, if a pure 530 Hz tone is presented in the subject's right ear, while a 520 Hz tone is presented in the subject's left ear, the listener will perceive the auditory illusion of a third party , in addition to the two pure tones presented in each ear. The third sound is called a binaural pulse, so in this example it would have a perceived height related to a frequency of 10 Hz, this being the difference between the 530 Hz and 520 Hz of the pure tones presented in each ear.
