A Leader Must Show Himself To Be a Team Player

Description

It can be easy at times to grow full of ourselves and think that we somehow don’t have to contribute certain things to our ministry team because we are so important or have done so much other work, but this is not the attitude we are called to have.
Think of the apostle Paul. Even after all the work he did as an apostle and teacher, when it came time to keep watch at night for danger, he took his shift just like everyone else, even though it meant he would lose some sleep.
As you pursue your place in the ministry, keep that in mind. Make sure that you never consider yourself too good to be a team player!
