Description
Before the sun is up, Aldwin is waist-deep in a pit of rotting urine — and in his hands is a deer hide that could get him hanged. Stamped with his lord's own mark, it was planted in his lime pit in the night. Who put it there, and what do they want from him? Follow Aldwin from the dark lime pits before dawn, through the hair-slipping, the dung baths and the urine vats nobody wants to hear about, to the year-long oak-bark tan pits — and to the afternoon the bailiff comes looking for a poacher, the boy who saves him with a lie, and the rival shoemaker creeping back in the dark to spring his trap. 🏰 Medieval Hour brings the Middle Ages back to life — daily documentaries on knights, queens, peasants, monks, castles, Vikings, and the forgotten people who shaped history. 🔔 Subscribe for a new medieval documentary every day! #MedievalHistory #MiddleAges #Documentary #MedievalLife #MedievalTanner #Tanning #DarkAges #MedievalCrafts
