This ad is currently running on YouTube but it's a scam. Avoid this device, it's nothing but a cheap soldering iron with a manual trigger-operated solder feed system. It will not do the things claimed for it and you will be wasting your money. Shame on YouTube and Google for profiting from such scams but they do it all the time, despite me regularly reporting such things.
