Tonight cloudy for most with showers affecting the southwest and patchy drizzle affecting parts of northern England and Scotland, with temperatures in the mid-to-high single figures. Where skies are clear, turning colder with patchy frost and fog affecting northern and western Scotland and Northern Ireland. Tomorrow remaining largely cloudy with some sunny spells across the UK. Showers will ease across the southwest while outbreaks of more persistent drain affect parts of Scotland and northern England, with afternoon temperatures widely in the low double digits.
