This is an attempt to show how to use a signal generator and a spectrum analyzer - I assume you could use the TinySA units successfully and even NanoVNAs. I found measuring the Unloaded Q easy with the NanoVNA using S21 and logmag but I had trouble measuring the low values of loaded Q with the NanoVNA.
