Merry (belated) Christmas and Happy New Years Eve everyone!!!
Here's something I bet almost no one was expecting to see... a remake of a 10 year old poop that ISN'T related to Green Eggs. Featuring those crazy Penguins that saved The Simpsons once.
This was meant to be out by Christmas, but due to life being what it is for me (shit), I ended up making this into a hybrid special.
So why of all poops did I choose "Penguins Win a Trip to Las Vegas" to get the remake treatment? Well... there's a couple factors. The original short (and overall Madagascar franchise) has turned 20 this year (god I'm old), it was 10 years since I made the OG poop in 2015, and because of how rough and janky that version was due to me still finding my footing as a pooper, I felt it had the most potential to give a modern upgrade. Also Madagascar is just one of my all-time franchises from DreamWorks so anything that relates to the happy slappers is an easy win in my book.
This'll be the 3rd to last poop I'll be doing for a while. With the exception of 2 other poops in progress, I'll be taking a brief hiatus from YTP to focus on Boopie/art-related stuff going into 2026. Because good god... there's only so much pre-existing source editing I can take these days.
Once again, Merry Chrimbas and uhh... goodbye 2025. You were certainly a year.
