Your Boss Is Wrong? Don’t Argue Say This

Description

Your boss is wrong, and you know it. Most people either swallow it or argue and become "the difficult one." This video teaches you the pronoun rule: where to put you, we, they, them, it and that so you can tell your boss there's a problem without it ever sounding like a fight. It works on every boss, especially the one who can never be wrong.

📝 THE PRONOUN RULE
Anything positive gets I, me, you and we.
Anything negative gets they, them, or "the challenge."
You and your boss sit on one side of the table. The problem sits on the other.

The 8 lines:
1. "You're right. We need this. The challenge is…"
2. Stop saying "our" — it ties your boss to the problem
3. Never put "I" next to a problem ("I feel," "I'm worried")
4. "Would you prefer I do it your way, or try it this way?"
5. When your boss says "Are you questioning me?"
6. Walk them to the risk with one question
7. Give the decision back
8. What to say after you lose the argument (the one that gets you promoted)

💬 In the comments: type the one word you use most when you tell your boss they're wrong. Then write the exact thing your boss said, word for word. If you see one that matches yours, reply and tell them what worked. We're an alliance that lifts each other up and out.
