Here's how to do it:
🪑 Sit tall, then let your spine collapse into a full slouch.
⬆️ Over-correct by pulling yourself into an exaggerated tall posture.
😌 Come out of the last over-correct into proper posture.
🔁 Do 5 to 8 reps.
