Today we are doing "armpit yoga". We are focusing heavily on opening up the upper chest, reversing that rounded shoulder shape, and drawing the ribs in so we stop hanging in our lower back. We flow through some wonderful sun salutations, playful lunge variations with a "monkey grip" arm bind, and a truly delicious guided relaxation at the end using Chandra Bhedana (moon breath) to calm the nervous system.
