Description
Buttery Yellow Garlic Rice made in a pot on top of the stove.
Ingredients:
1 Tablespoon Butter
½ Cup Rice
2 Cloves Garlic
½ Tablespoon Chicken Bouillon
¼ teaspoon Ground Turmeric (for yellow color)
1¼ cups Water
Toast rice, add spices & water, bring to boil.
Cover and reduce heat to low.
Cook on low for 24 minutes then remove from heat
Rest for 10 minutes… never lift the lid.
