Bodega gave grand jury testimony in the case and has since recanted it, and he invoked his Fifth Amendment right rather than answer questions. Markies Conway is accused of paying $40,000 to have MO3, Melvin Noble Jr., killed on Interstate 35 in 2020. He has pleaded not guilty.
