I don’t like X-Men 97’s Wolverine
During Season 1 of X-Men 97, after 2 decades of just about all the X-Men being sidelined for Wolverine, it was refreshing for the reverse to happen - for Wolverine to be sidelined in favor of the rest of the X-Men.
However, with season 2 I did feel myself kinda wanting Wolverine to get some focus and some development so I was excited for this episode - Season 2 Episode 5 “Weapon X, Lies and DVDs” - to finally give Wolverine some spotlight - however, this episode was honestly quite disappointing - not only did it not really give Wolverine very much spotlight but I think it solidified how as good of an adaptation as this is of the X-Men and the rest of their members and rogues gallery - I simply don’t like this adaptation of Wolverine.
