According to several outlets , Catherine & William are just in a miserable funk these days. Even talking about separating and possibly divorcing; Queen Elizabeth has been trying to "counsel" them, sorting out their issues - so it's being said! I would think she didn't have the time to counsel but we know who feeds the media, that being said, I believe this is yet another pr garbage bag filled with nonsense!
we'll have to wait & see... meanwhile H is consulting with his own counselor, she's out of this world!!
