Description
Will GTA 6 get a story DLC like Episodes from Liberty City? Here's what's confirmed, what's rumored, and what Rockstar's history tells us.
Rockstar hasn't announced any story DLC for GTA 6, which launches November 19, 2026 on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S. The last GTA story expansions were The Lost and Damned and The Ballad of Gay Tony in 2009, later bundled as Episodes from Liberty City. GTA 5 and Red Dead Redemption 2 never got one.
Reports about leaked GTA 5 files mention a cut Liberty City expansion, but nothing confirms it's coming to GTA 6. Treat it as rumor until Rockstar says otherwise.
