Gas Blowback or HPA? This platform is a hybrid of both. Since its release in June '26, the airsoft community has had plenty of opinions on it. Novritsch sent one over for me to run in a game and see how it actually performs on the field.
For this setup, I’m using the 125-round proprietary HPA magazines, which are significantly lighter and hold nearly four times the ammo of the standard 32-round gas mags. My specific SSQ4 variant is dialed in at about 1 joule using 0.4g BBs.
