This pureed cottage cheese sauce works great as a sauce on a white pizza and also works well as a dip for veggies or chips. Keep in mind, that this is just one of dozens of different white sauces that you can use on a white pizza. This cheese puree can also be flavored in other ways for different effects you may have in mind. Examples: I added some olive oil to this sauce but could have added sesame or walnut oil instead. I added garlic to this sauce but could have added fresh herbs or other flavor concentrates instead of or in addition to the garlic.
