Description
One of those silly fantasy tropes that would never work in a real sword fight, right? Well... it depends. IF done right there is a tactic that may look like twirling but is meant to defeat an opponent's defense.
This applies to top heavy weapons, like maces, war hammers, axes, and even heavier cutting swords. With a light and nimble sword it would make no sense.
