It's quite interesting to see a particularly well rounded fighter with plenty of martial arts experience EXCEPT HEMA compete with swords (specifically rapier, saber, and longsword). How well can Seth adapt his footwork, fitness, and sense of timing to fighting in this unfamiliar environment?
I'll be drawing from my own HEMA experience to comment on what is going on, and to explain some of the concepts and techniques.
