One of the new features in ReCap Pro 2022 is Scan to Mesh.
With Scan to Mesh, you can select all or a portion of a point cloud in ReCap Pro 2022 and have it create a low, medium or high quality mesh.
Once the scan or scans have been uploaded to the cloud service, the assets
The mesh that will be generated can be saved to Autodesk Drive, BIM 360 Docs, or Autodesk Docs.
Once the submission has been made and the processing has finished, You are notified inside ReCap Pro that the mesh was created and you will receive an email stating that the mesh is done.
Here, in Autodesk Docs, we can download the mesh file that we generated.
You can download the mesh file , in this case from Autodesk Docs, and open it in ReCap photo for viewing, or as another example, utilize the mesh in InfraWorks to populate rich contextual content for your model.
