Amid the hot and sweaty weather at GastroBeats, our Buds Alan and Perng (Tonda Pizza) and Daniel and Brendan (Girthy Corndogs) have been putting in the work to feed their customers 💪 – and they’ve learned a lot from it!
They’ve picked up the tricks of the trade to boothing at a food festival, be it having many backup plans or preparing their food items long before doors even open 😲 As it turns out, there are many obstacles to overcome in order to deliver the ideal food and experience for their customers!
