Description
You’re being watched more than you think—and now, new questions are being raised about what the public has a right to know.
When I sat down with **James Fletes**, we dug into the growing network of Flock cameras, license-plate tracking, data collection, privacy, and just how much information can be gathered about where we go.
Now, the story has taken another turn.
After James filed an extensive public-records request seeking information about Conroe’s use of Flock cameras—and challenged the city over records that were withheld or heavily redacted—the **Texas Attorney General’s Office has ruled that Conroe must release certain information it previously withheld.**
That raises an even bigger question:
**If surveillance is being conducted in the name of public safety, how much does the public have a right to know about how that system is actually being used?**
This conversation is becoming more relevant by the day.
