1️⃣ FIND YOUR UNFAIR ADVANTAGE
"I'm trying to figure out what kind of business to start. Here's my background: [LIST YOUR SKILLS, JOB, EXPERIENCE, ACCOMPLISHMENTS]. Here are things I'm genuinely passionate about: [LIST INTERESTS]. Here are gaps or things I don't know yet: [LIST GAPS]. Based on this, identify my top 5 unfair advantages. Then give me 5 specific business ideas that would let me leverage as many of those advantages as possible. Focus on real revenue potential. Scalable to six figures a year minimum. Must be a format that is proven to be working recently. Be specific."
2️⃣ FIND WHAT'S ALREADY WORKING
"Research the [YOUR NICHE] space. Find me the top 10 people or businesses currently winning right now — not 5 years ago, right now. For each: 1) Who they are and their audience. 2) What they sell and the price point. 3) Their format. 4) Roughly how big the business looks. 5) How long they've been doing it and how fast they're growing. Sort by who's growing fastest. Only include businesses with proven six-figure potential or higher. Give me actual data, not generic advice. This should apply to a brand concept like [YOUR WORKING BRAND NAME #1] or [YOUR WORKING BRAND NAME #2] — show me what's already working that those types of brands could model from."
3️⃣ FIND THE GAP IN THE MARKET
"Based on the top creators/businesses above, do a gap analysis. Read through their comments, Reddit threads, and product reviews. Tell me: 1) Most common complaints. 2) Questions that keep coming up unanswered. 3) Audience segments that feel ignored. 4) Where they teach theory but never show execution. Give me 5 specific gaps a new person could fill, ranked by opportunity size. Only include gaps with realistic six-figure potential."
4️⃣ BUILD YOUR LEAD MAGNET & LANDING PAGE
"I'm launching a new business about [YOUR ANGLE / SLICE]. Build two things. First: a lead magnet PDF titled '[YOUR TITLE]' as a step-by-step workbook with sections on [LIST SECTIONS]. Include fill-in-the-blanks. Actionable, not fluff. Export as PDF. Second: a clean modern landing page (single HTML file) offering the lead magnet. Headline: [YOUR HEADLINE]. Three bullets on what's inside, email capture form, minimalist design, mobile responsive."
