In this episode, we step out of our comfort zone and into the clinic to face a completely new form of physical therapy: Dry Needling! Recommended as the ultimate solution for chronic muscle tension, we decided to face the 4-inch needles butt-on. From intense electro-stimulation that literally makes our muscles dance, to an incredibly intense jaw release treatment, we endure it all to see if the physical therapy is actually worth the pain.
