We took on one of the most epic waterfall hikes in Costa Rica… and honestly, this one blew us away.
In this video, we head deep into the jungle of Bajos del Toro to experience the legendary Blue Falls of Costa Rica—a hidden paradise featuring 7 stunning blue waterfalls, crystal-clear pools, and lush rainforest in every direction.
This wasn’t just a quick stop… we spent 4 hours hiking through the jungle, exploring waterfalls like Tepezquintle, Las Gemelas, and La Celestial, each one with its own unique color, vibe, and energy.
From easy scenic trails to more adventurous descents into the canyon, this hike delivers a perfect mix of adventure, nature, and unreal photo spots.
💧 WHAT MAKES THIS HIKE SPECIAL?
The Blue Falls are famous for their electric blue water, caused by natural minerals reflecting sunlight—creating some of the most surreal colors you’ll ever see in nature
