We decided to share with you some motivation through our own gym workouts of the pas few months. Motivation is not something that you always have in you so it’s quite interesting to share it when you have it . What makes us continue is our passion for sports because it makes us grow and feel good everyday . At first it comes with a matter of wanting to loose and burn fat or stop being skinny etc.. but step by step it really turns into a habit, a need, because you know this discipline can make your life better .
