Valkyr, a great backstory from a lore perspective and also innately the most durable warframe in the game. This base survivability allows one to focus more on utility to have more fluent and engaging combat. In this video I show the build that I use for Valkyr which utilizes her augments and her whole skill set this is the Paralyzing Assault Valkyr.
