This is how i’ve been going to bed for the past 3 months and it’s improved the health of my hair so much!!
Every night i brush my hair and apply oil or a hair treatment. I tried the new @lorealparis Midnight serum for the first time and really liked it! The formula really reminds me of the @kerastase_official 8h night serum but at a much more affordable price (hint they’re supposed to be similar)! & i loveeee the scent! I’ll use it more and let you know if i really think it compares!
I also have been using the @olaplex Bonding oil and i adore it! i’m on my second bottle in just a few months lol
Then to keep my style i twist my hair in a bun but i don’t use a hair tie!! I just “secure it” using the bonnet and surprisingly it holds all night!
Seeping with a bonnet on every night has made such a difference! My hair is not as dry anymore and i can go longer without needing to wash it. My hair used to get so dry and crispy quickly lol but not anymore! It’s amazing to keep my style so i don’t have to use heat everyday anymore which i love, but it also protects my hair when i sleep. My hair doesn’t get all tangly and i honestly feel like i’ve been losing less hair!
Also, since my hair is in a bun and protected, i feel like the product i put in my hair gets absorbed more? That’s probably why the ends of my hair don’t get as dry.
Anw, it’s been life changing almost lol i can’t do overnight heatless curls so this has been perfect for me!! It’s so comfortable to sleep in and i wake up with fabulous hair with no effort!
