*Ingredients*
- 1 cup of cottage cheese
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp italian seasoning
*Pre-heat oven to 350°F (175°C)
*Blend all the ingredients together with a pinch of salt
*Lay parchment paper on a cookie sheet (cooking spray optional)
*Pour mixture on the parchment paper evenly
*Cook for 40 minutes total (30 minutes on 350°F then turn up your oven to 375°F (190°C) for the last 10 minutes)
*Let cool, then fill with your desired toppings!
