The Uber Eats Advisory Forum is held twice a year, and brings together Delivery People (“Advisors”) from across Australia to share experiences and ideas directly with Uber Eats teams.
The April 2026 Forum in Sydney focused on understanding when deliveries don’t go as planned and improving Uber Support. Delivery People and the Uber team discussed challenges and solutions together, united by a common goal: completing deliveries efficiently and improving support.
