Anyone else finding shopping online to be a minefield of "Dude, what's my size?!" Today I'm decoding the sizes of several popular items and brands with clothing gifted from Unique Vintage, my fave retailer to recommend for sizes XS-5X! Links to clothing in this video, with size advice/mini reviews, and the size I'm wearing so you can get an idea. My measurements 51-41-59, which puts my body slightly off balance for bottoms and dresses. I typically order tops by my Bust and Waist measurements, unless I want them to be generous, or they need to fit my lower tummy and hips as well. For Dresses and bottoms, I consider the fabric stretch, the cut, and then how I want it to fit, loose or body skimming. There's a lot of styles I can't wear because the cut in the hip isn't generous enough. It's super important to have measuring tape to measure yourself, so you can try to decide where you are on the size chart. Retailers who carry multiple brands will have a different size charts so double check each item before putting in in your cart.
