Description
In this video I test out some reduced loads in .223 Remington using Trail Boss powder. The load consists of 6.5 to 8.5 grains of powder and .224" 55 grain FMJBT bullets. Rounds were fired over a chronograph to measure velocity, and the target was placed at at 100 yards to check group size. Test rifle is a 24" barrel Remington 700 5R, temperature was about -5 degrees Celsius.
