A 100% completion of Tonic Trouble (by 100%, I mean every silver spade).
As you can see, the final part is hard!
You have to jump some plateforms avoiding electricity, follow a path guarded by an enemy and kill the final boss by jumping inside his tower...
I still wonder how I get this on my first try everytime I play...
