Description
🌅 Does your back feel tight and compressed every morning? Doctor of Physical Therapy, Karena Wu (IG: https://www.instagram.com/activecarephysicaltherapy/) shows you the articulating bridge — a morning back pain exercise that activates your glutes and gently decompresses your spine to get you ready for the day.
Here's how to do it:
🛏️ Lie on your back, knees bent, feet hip-width apart.
🌀Pull your lower abs in to flatten your back against the bed.
🍑 Squeeze your glutes and lift one vertebra at a time.
⬇️ Lower slowly, landing on your tailbone last.
⏱️ Hold 30 seconds. Do 2 to 3 sets.
